With Deborah's help narrowing down our housing search we only had to view half a dozen houses before finding the house for us. She listened to our criteria of what we were looking for and was very responsive throughout the entire process. Closing escrow on buying our house ran into some obstacles with the seller's agent which Deborah helped us navigate. She met and exceeded all expectations.

Great Communicator

Where do I start with Deborah. From our initial phone conversation, Deborah has been such a breath of fresh air during the selling of our home and buying of our new home. She did a great job in getting our home ready for sale and knew all of the essential little details and steps to insure that our home presented well and highlighted all the unique features of our home. Within 4 days we had over 10 offers. We sold fast. Deborah was great at explaining in detail all of the documents that are involved with selling. That meant a lot to us. It gave us peace of mind. With the purchase of our home Deborah was just as good. She was very knowledgeable of our area of interest and was able to negotiate well with other agents. We purchased our dream home and we owe it to Deborah for sharing all of her knowledge and expertise with us. I will most definitely call Deborah again when I sell or buy another home.

I was referred to Deb through a friend who purchased a home with Deb. She was very satisfied with her service and highly recommended her to me. Fantastic Agent

I have to start by saying that I work with real estate agents all the time in my profession, so when it came time to buy my first home, I was very selective of the agent that I chose.

That being said, Deb was FANTASTIC. I would consider her a friend now with how closely we bonded during the process. Not only was she super responsive and there for us at the drop of a hat, but her expertise in the area and with the process was unparalleled.

From the time we met to the time we closed and after, she has been professional, reassuring and genuine.

Our process was not necessarily easy as we ran into troubles with inspections and such(by no fault by Deb), but she not only calmed down the nerves and insecurities of first time home buying, but resolved many issues and provided excellent timeliness and knowledge with many questions that arose.
